We are happy to provide refunds for any defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and reported within 30 days of receiving your product. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. We work hard to ensure that each item that leaves our suppliers' warehouses is not defective so that you do not have this experience.
